Who we are

In early 2024, I founded IntentionAlly to provide coaching and mentoring to emerging leaders as well as established leaders in transition. After 38 years as an engineer and executive in the technology industry, I turned my focus toward helping others reach their professional goals. 

I created IntentionAlly to help women and the under-represented advance their careers in STEM. My process is anchored in my own experience as a software engineer and executive for Google, Arm, Intel, and other leading technology organizations. I help my clients navigate career transitions through self-awareness and understanding of others, supporting their decisions and reinforcing their ability to make them.
